Litigation
There are cases where litigation is the only option. Either one party refuses to participate in mediation or collaborative family law or a resolution is unlikely without resorting to the assistance of the Court.
Where a court advocate is required, Karina has appeared both in Ontario and British Columbia at all levels of courts and before administrative tribunals. She has acted for clients in the litigation of family law disputes including issues relating to custody, spousal and child support, pensions, trusts and family business matters.
